ORDERS

Each BEIGE piece is made in limited numbers and available while stock lasts. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your details carefully at checkout, as orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processed.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update product availability, descriptions, or pricing at any time.

 

SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia via Australia Post and include tracking details once shipped. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on parcel dimensions and weight.

Standard Delivery - Australia

Delivery within 3-8 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery - Australia

Delivery within 1-4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time varies by destination and postal network activity.

Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane Office within 2 - 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Pre-order items will ship once the product is ready for distribution. Estimated delivery windows are noted on each product page.

Signature on Delivery: Required for all orders to ensure safe receipt.
If you are not available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a collection card or, if authorized and deemed safe, may leave the parcel at your address. Once delivered or signed for, responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Large or Multiple Orders

If your order exceeds the capacity of our standard packaging, we will contact you before dispatch with a tailored shipping quote. We always strive to keep this fair and transparent.

RETURNS

Each BEIGE garment and object is individually crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the limited-edition and hand-finished nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or variations in fabric or finish.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a remedy if an item is deemed faulty or not of acceptable quality. Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photographs and your order number emailed to hello@beigeluxe.com

If an item is assessed and confirmed to be faulty:

  • We may offer a repair, replacement, or credit note at our discretion.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Items damaged due to wear, mishandling, or incorrect care are not considered faulty.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of any approved item; return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Please note: due to the artisanal nature of our fabrics, small variations in weave, print alignment, or colour tone are characteristics of the craftsmanship and not faults.

Pre-orders secure your place in our next production run.
As each pre-order item is made or reserved specially for you, these purchases are considered final sale.
Pre-order returns are accepted only if the product is verified as faulty.
