 We reserve the right to update product details, prices, and terms at any time without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our website, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product imagery and descriptions. However, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on lighting and screens. Minor variations inherent in artisanal production are not considered faults.

We reserve the right to update product availability, descriptions, or pricing at any time.

Orders & Payments

Each BEIGE piece is made in limited numbers and available while stock lasts. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your details carefully at checkout, as orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processed.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where fraud or error is suspected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BEIGELUXE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any product defect is limited to the remedies set out under the Australian Consumer Law.
