RETURNS
Each BEIGE garment and object is individually crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the limited-edition and hand-finished nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or variations in fabric or finish.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a remedy if an item is deemed faulty or not of acceptable quality. Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photographs and your order number emailed to hello@beigeluxe.com
If an item is assessed and confirmed to be faulty:
- We may offer a repair, replacement, or credit note at our discretion.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging and labels intact.
- Items damaged due to wear, mishandling, or incorrect care are not considered faulty.
Customers are responsible for the safe return of any approved item; return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the product is confirmed to be faulty.
Please note: due to the artisanal nature of our fabrics, small variations in weave, print alignment, or colour tone are characteristics of the craftsmanship and not faults.

Pre-order returns are accepted only if the product is verified as faulty.
