Orders ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Choose Standard or Express delivery at checkout.
Each order is prepared in our Brisbane studio and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Pre-order items ship once production is complete (estimated dispatch dates shown on product pages).
Returns
All Beige pieces are crafted in limited quantities with artisanal detail.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@beigeluxe.com within 7 days for assessment and assistance.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
